② 描述症狀（醫生最想聽的三句話）
模板：什麼時候開始 + 什麼症狀、在哪 + 多嚴重。拼起來說：It started three days ago. I have a sore throat. It's about 6 out of 10.（三天前開始的。喉嚨疼。大約十分之六的疼。）
