② 描述症状（医生最想听的三句话）
模板：什么时候开始 + 什么症状、在哪 + 多严重。拼起来说：It started three days ago. I have a sore throat. It's about 6 out of 10.（三天前开始的。喉咙疼。大约十分之六的疼。）
